With her sun-drenched voice and songs about far-flung corners of the world, Anna Smyrk paints stunning pictures of places she’s lived- from the sapphire waters of the Solomon Islands to a dusty city in Cambodia.

She comes to Ballarat to launch her brand new EP; a collection of songs about her time spent living in wild places. Her live show features glowing harmonies, masterful violin and mandolin, songs in several languages, and lots of stories.

Anna’s new EP is out on November 1st, but singles from the record are already getting love on Double J, ABC, BBC and community radio. AU Review called it "a glorious piece of musical storytelling " and Soundcheck magazine said it “packs a heart-rending and elegant punch.”
